THE MAKE MONEY SERIES: LIVE AND EARN... PT. 3!!!

Hi there,

I guess you are doing great today.

Still on The "Make Money" Series as I make a case for the need to invest in setting up your space on one hand, while I also reveal means by which such investment can be converted into additional streams of income on the other hand.

Here is a summary of the Six (6) money-making ideas I have shared so far in this series:

#1: STUDIO SESSION

Setting up spaces for photo shoots, audio recordings and so on.

#2: YARD SALE

Holding events to sell off items that are no longer in use but in good condition.

#3: PAID STORAGE

Helping others store up their valuables in your

vacant space for some time.

#4: RENT OUT VACANT SPACES

Renting out part of your space or a complete apartment for temporary occupants who are willing to have your space in exchange for some money.

#5: FEATURE ON SCENES

Opening up your space to feature in movies, advertisements and documentary scenes

Opening up your space to feature in a movie, advert and documentary scene.

#6: CO-WORK SPACES

Investing some funds in a good ambience that enables work efficiency and productivity for the working class.

Today, I will share insights on 3 additional means of making money from your space

#7: DAYCARE AND AFTER SCHOOL SERVICES

This might appear quite impossible to many but it's an idea worth considering as you probably have several friends/neighbours with children who would love to have someone they know looking after their kids instead of a stranger.

If you genuinely love kids (as the such claim will be truly tested), have the luxury of space, and are willing to go through the rigour of certification and licensing, then this could be a gateway to making money from your space.

#8: RECYCLE YOUR WASTE

The agenda to create and sustain an eco-friendly environment is on the front burner in many cities across the globe today.

Several incentives are in place to encourage the recycling of waste, hence offering opportunities for waste to be converted to wealth.

RECYCLES for instance introduced lotteries as a means to reward recycling under the motto "the luck of recycling".

Having a recycle bin dedicated to collecting reusable items in your space would pass as an additional stream of income.

#9: CONVERT OBJECTS

Often we overlook the potential in the objects we have around us, failing to see other purposes they can serve by conversion.

It could be a rug doubling as a background for an online product display (as shown in this picture) or even a display shelf serving as a backdrop enhancing your sales pitch during a virtual meeting with your clients.

Turn up your creative abilities to see how objects within your space can be converted to enhance what you do and in return yield some cash flow.
