THE "MAKE MONEY" SERIES: LIVE AND
EARN... PT. 1!!!
Hello peeps,
Happy new month, trust the weekend is coming on well.
Yay!!!, The "Make Money" series is finally here.
If you think spending money on the set-up or facelift of your space is a sheer waste of money.
Or you have invested a fortune in your space
and wouldn't mind some return on investment.
Then this series is for you.
Beginning with this post, I hope to make a business case for investment in setting up your space, and also reveal means by which such investment can yield some returns with the emergence of opportunities for additional streams of income, leveraging technology.
At least 10 means of income will be shared through the Saturdays in September.
Starting with 3, please follow through and let's make some money
#1: STUDIO SESSIONS
The demand for beautiful spaces for creative and promotional purposes is on a rise, as brands and individuals are on the lookout for ambiences that drive creativity and aid brand promotion.
There are economic benefits that come with setting up a space dedicated to studio sessions like photoshoot audio recordings and much more.
However, I strongly advise you have an idea of what session best suits the size of your space.
Also, it is good to dedicate a place for such purposes by using isolated spaces like your garage or cabin to avoid interference with your privacy.
#2: YARD SALE
You may ask;
Of what value is an investment in a space when wear and tear will set in over time?
A yard sale is a way out.
A yard sale is a sale of miscellaneous second-hand items held in the garden of a private house.
Periodically holding such an event to sell off items that are no longer in use but in good condition, is a great way to make money.
Just ensure there is enough awareness created and proper coordination in place as all of these invariably increase the value placed on the items up for sale.
#3: PAID STORAGE
As an interior designer, I often have clients who move places and request temporary storage facilities where they can keep some of their valuables until they can decide what to do with them.
If you have a vacant space within your apartment then such a request presents an opportunity to earn money by helping others store up their valuables.
Trust me, I can hook you up for a deal once
your claim is validated with a bit of structure
in place.
I'm Kenny, an interior designer and project
manager.
