Hello peeps, trust you are doing great. In my last post, I commenced The "Make Money" Series by making a case for the need to invest in setting up your space while revealing how such investment can be converted into additional streams of income. I started with 3 means, namely: #1: STUDIO SESSION Setting up spaces for photo shoots, audio recordings and so on. #2: YARD SALE Holding events to sell off items that are no longer in use but in good condition. #3: PAID STORAGE Helping others store up their valuables in your vacant space for some time. Permit me to take it 3 steps further with these additions #4: RENT OUT VACANT SPACES The act of renting out spaces or apartments even while it's been occupied by the owner is fast becoming a norm. With platforms like Airbnb, TempoFlat, Reposée and so on, you now have an opportunity to rent out part of your space or even a complete apartment for temporary occupants who are willing to have your space in exchange for some money.
